B L A C K  & B L U E

With their last album, Millenniu, they sold more than thirty millions of copies: a real record!. Now, there aren't any radio station where Shape Of My Heart can't be hear. Since we know BSB a lot of things have changed. The Boys don't perform anymore in little clubs or high schools! They could sold the tickets for a whole arena in just minutes and they are the number one! At last, they are back! Nick, AJ, Kev, Brian and Howie introduce their new and magnetic Black And Blue.

BRAVO: Why have you chose Shape of My Heart as your first single?
KEV: For real, it was the discography who chose for us. We wanted the press and the people to see we have done something different.

BRAVO: How did the title Black & Blue came up?
BRIAN: We tried to find a color for the title, as the Beatles did with their album White and we thought "Oh no, all the colors are taken, what about pink?" (joking)
AJ: Then after have thought for a long time, suddenly one day while we were doing a photo shot seeing ourselfs dressing in black with a blue background, we thought that Black And Blue was a great title.

BRAVO: What are we going to find on your new album?
NICK: I think that the best thing is that we've composed or at least worked in almost all the songs.
HOWIE: There are a lot of new stuff. I think it's great change something in music, not too mucho. Personally I like to change my appearance, but in the group there are some exceptions as Brian (joking) who has the same haircut he had eight years ago!

BRAVO: What is your fave song on the album?
KEV: Mine is How Did I Fall in Love. It's perfect!
AJ: But that's all piano and guitar. For live performances The Call and Ger Another Boyfriend are better!
NICK: Besides Shape of My Heart, there is a very special song for us:  Whal Makes You Differenl Makes You Beauliful.

BRAVO: On the album you've had big colaborations, was it fun to work with Babyface ?
AJ: It was great! We recorded the song in just one day. He's a profesional. The song is called Time.

BRAVO: After all this time, whit a lot of succes maybe you can answer to this question: What's the best thing of being famous?
BRIAN: There are some wonderful moments and they all come from the fans. For example when they thank you for make them happy with our music, that thanks to our music they can forget their own problems... It's amazing think that your work make people happy.

BRAVO: And what dreams haven't you still archived?
HOWIE: We always want that the success of an album surpases the previous. We want to grow up as singers, make music and produce our own songs. It will be great to win a Grammy. Besides, this is going to be our first World Tour, Europe, Australia, Asia and the whole american country! We're excited about that.

BRAVO: How many time is the tour gonna last?
BSB: It starts on 23th January in the USA and we didn't know when it will end but we can assure you that we are visiting Spain!

BRAVO: Kev and Brian, do your wifes go with you in all your promos?
BRIAN: We tell them to stay at home, I'm kidding! My parents, brother and of course my wife use to come with me.

BRAVO: And when you are not on tour, what do you do in your free time?
NICK: Sleep! We work so hard so when we get some time off we take a rest. Even so, is there something better than work in what you love the most?

BRAVO: Have you been asked to do some film?
BRIAN: Here you have a great actor! (said pointing Howie).
HOWIE: Before I met AJ I worked as an actor but now things have changed.
BRIAN: I did a little cameo in a film where my girl worked too.
AJ: I would love to act again!. I grew doing musical theatre and I would go crazy if I went to NY for work in a musical, it's one of my dreams!

BRAVO: Have you ever felt people have treat you as the typical "boyband"?
BRIAN: At first we were a bit naives, but now we take more time to think about everything. In this business if you don't understand what your producers are saying you are lost because one way or another they always try to fool you.

BRAVO: Finnaly, is it diffficul to have millions of fans?
AJ: We've seen lots of times the same girls, we even remember some of the ones who followed us since the beggining in Europe. They are like friends because they have always supported us. We know it must be crazy from them take care of their studies and follow a band from one place to another. It's amazing when you saw them down there, in front of the stage dancing.
